「insight」這個字在中文字典裡翻譯成「洞察」或「洞見」，老實說，並不能貼切表達我們真正所指的意思。在BCG內部，我們都是直接叫「insight」，用一句話說，「insight就是以某種思考模式推演出獨一無二（unique）的觀點」。
