英文中的 shallot 其實不是指中華料理中常見、上綠下白的青蔥，
而是洋蔥、蔥頭的那種食材。如果想說青蔥的話要用 scallion 才對。
例句：
Shallot is the common name for an edible, bulbous, herbaceous plant, which is related to the onion.
蔥是一種可食用的球莖草本植物，也可用來通稱洋蔥。
