其名詞為 plagiarism。在英文的說法中，

copy「複製、模仿」、crib「抄襲、剽竊」或者 imitate「模仿、仿造」都有相似的意思。

例句：
1. The singer was sued for plagiarizing another artist's song.
這個歌手被控抄襲了另一個藝人的歌曲。

2. The graduate student was accused of plagiarism by his professor.
這個研究生被他的指導教授指控有抄襲的嫌疑。
