「聯絡窗口」也就是「聯絡人」，

指的是公司或部門中負責和其他公司或部門聯繫相關事務的人員，英文說法為 contact person 或是 liaison。

另外，有時候聯絡窗口指的可能不是單一人員，而是某一部門或機構，此時的英文說法則為 point of contact。

例句：
1. Daniel Richards is the contact person for our Dallas office.
丹尼爾．理查斯是我們達拉斯辦公室的聯絡窗口。

2. Stacy Petersen will be your contact person if you have any questions regarding the project.
