有時候我們會在工作上或是情感關係上陷入困境，這種狀況在中文可以說「卡關」，

而在英文中也有類似傳神的說法：get stuck。

用來形容我們陷入一個進退兩難的狀況，無力改變現狀。

例句：
1.If you’re stuck in your current job, you should go back to school.
如果你在現在的工作中卡關，你應該重回學校念書。


2.Since you feel stuck in your relationship, maybe it’s time to break up.
你既然情感關係陷入瓶頸，或許該分手。
