－ see 為非進行式動詞，意為「看見；看到」。
I am seeing the doctor.
我要去看醫生

－ see 為普通動詞，意為「會見；拜訪 (醫生、牙醫、律師等)」。

我在和她交往

－ see 為普通動詞，be seeing someone 意為「與…談戀愛」。
He is seeing ghosts at night. (他眼花了，晚上看到鬼)
